There was a delay in getting the diffuser, but it was stated on the website and customer service was responsive. Diffuser was high-quality and looks AMAZING, can’t wait to finish the body kit!
Best carbon diffuser! Saw others in close price range but the reviews lead me to Adro. Order when back ordered and shipped out before estimated date. Once shipped it, honestly took 4 days to get to MD.
Install was simple. Took 1 hr because i had to remove some old 3m taped rear bumper splitters and was careful removing the oem. Added a ceramic coat, carbon shines like crazy.
Let me say their customer service is hands-down, one of the best I’ve ever dealt with. If I messaged him on email, they would respond within an hour excellent.!
Now the product is perfect. Fit perfectly on my 2021 M340i no issues whatsoever came with the bolts and nuts and full instructions.
I would never even consider buying something off of Amazon or eBay. This place is hands-down, the best!
Packaging was excellent arrived three days earlier than I expected.
I just wanna say that I am amazed with this kit! from quality to fitment to customer service! its just amazing. it totally made my M340i looks more aggressive, i highly recommend! 2 thumbs up for ADRO.😊👍🏻👍🏻
Great fitment it took 20 mins in total to install after figuring out how to get old one out (there are not that many good guides out for it). Quality is superb and overall great.
Good
Good quality and easy install!
quality really is top tier, worth the money
Diffuser is highest quality you can ask for and 100% fitment guaranteed honestly looks so agressive is insane best option there is in the market for sure
4 stars on the appearance and fitment once installed. Would have been 5 stars if not for a flaw in the finish on the left winglet.
3 stars on the winglet pre-assembly and overall install. I would have thought ADRO would have a more clever design for attaching the winglets to the diffuser and the diffuser assembly to the car vs. the rather rudimentary bolt / nut / spacer combo.
1 star for the fact that the trunk’s comfort access kick to open sensor is now blocked by the diffuser. I was informed by ADRO via email, prior to ordering, that it would not be an issue.
