What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Credit Card, Shop Pay, PayPal, and Affirm.

Do you offer monthly payment options?

Yes. Flexible monthly payment options are available through Shop Pay and Affirm, subject to eligibility and approval through those providers.

Can I place an order for local pickup in Irvine, CA?

Yes. Local pickup is available by appointment only, Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM PT. We are closed on weekends and major holidays.

Shipping & Returns

Do you keep inventory in the U.S.?

Yes. With the exception of out-of-stock and pre-order items, our inventory is stocked and shipped from our facility in Irvine, California.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. After 30 days, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition in which it was received. All approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, along with the cost of return shipping to our warehouse.

What should I do if I receive an incorrect or defective item?

We take great care in inspecting every order before it ships. If you receive an incorrect or defective item, please contact us at support@adro.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the product.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at support@adro.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and multiple photos of both the damaged box and the product. We will work with the carrier to file a claim and arrange a replacement.

Installation

Can I install my ADRO body kit myself?

While our parts are designed to be easily installed, we strongly recommend professional installation. ADRO is not responsible for damage that occurs during or as a result of installation. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions for more information.

Can I have my parts installed at your Irvine location?

Installation services are not currently available at our location, though this may change in the future.

Are modifications ever required during installation?

In some cases, minor adjustments may be required to achieve proper fitment. These are a normal part of the installation and bodywork process. If you plan to paint the part, it must be test fit on the vehicle before painting to confirm proper fitment. Painted products are final sale and are not eligible for return.

Can ADRO parts be removed after installation?

Yes. If you decide to remove your ADRO body kit parts in the future, the installation process can generally be reversed.

What is ADRO Select?

ADRO Select is a curated collection of premium products from partner brands we trust, created to help our customers bring their dream build to life. We partner with brands that share our commitment to quality, thoughtful design, and a refined approach to vehicle building, many of which have already earned a place on our own shop vehicles.

Which brands are currently part of ADRO Select?

ADRO Select currently includes JQ Werks, CSF, and GoldenWrench, with additional partners to come as the program continues to grow.

Are ADRO Select products stocked in house?

No. ADRO Select products are fulfilled and shipped directly by our partner brands. ADRO covers shipping costs for ADRO Select items, while standard shipping charges will still apply to any ADRO parts included in your order.

What happens if my order includes both ADRO parts and ADRO Select products?

Orders that include both ADRO parts and ADRO Select products will arrive separately. ADRO parts ship from our California facility, while ADRO Select items ship directly from the partner brand.

Why order ADRO Select through ADRO?

ADRO Select brings together premium partner products chosen to complement the way we build vehicles ourselves. ADRO covers shipping on ADRO Select items, and select products may also include exclusive ADRO only offerings, such as an exclusive ADRO horn cap with select JQ Werks Steering Wheel System orders.
