Terms & Conditions
PROCESSING
Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to process, unless a product is specified as a pre-order. You will be notified with a tracking number when your package has shipped. Processing time may be longer if your payment has not been cleared.
SHIPPING
In-stock orders are shipped out via UPS Ground OR Pilot Freight from our Gardena, CA warehouse within 48-72 hours of order processing and confirmation of payment. You will be notified via email with a tracking number when your package has shipped.
LOWER 48 STATES
We only ship to the continental USA (48 states). If shipping to Hawaii or Alaska, please contact us at sales@adro.com with your location and the products you wish to purchase.
INTERNATIONAL (OUTSIDE U.S.)
For those outside the U.S., we may be able to provide worldwide shipping. Please contact us at sales@adro.com prior to ordering with your location and the products you wish to purchase. We will provide a shipping quote based on combined size, weight, value, destination, and further directions on how to proceed. Please note that there may be restrictions on certain products due to customs and local regulations.
ADROGIVING Terms & Conditions
Promotion Period
The ADROGIVING Black Friday/Cyber Monday ("BFCM") sale is active from November 10, 2025, 12:00 AM PST through December 1, 2025, 11:59 PM PST (the "Promotion Period").
All Sales Final
ALL SALES ARE FINAL for any and all purchases made during the ADROGIVING event.
No returns, refunds, or exchanges will be permitted under any circumstances for items purchased during the Promotion Period.
Discounts
Discounts are automatically applied at checkout during the Promotion Period.
No retroactive discounts or adjustments will be honored on prior purchases made outside of the Promotion Period.
Discounts are valid only while allocated stock lasts. All products are offered on a first-come, first-served basis.
Product Availability
ADRO makes no guarantee regarding the availability of any specific product or model throughout the Promotion Period.
ADRO reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the promotion at any time without prior notice and at its sole discretion.
Shipping and Processing
Due to increased demand during the Promotion Period, shipping and processing times may experience delays.
ADRO disclaims all liability for any such delays that may occur.
Eligibility and Exclusions
This promotion is exclusive to direct consumers within the United States who make purchases on adro.com.
The promotion cannot be combined with other offers, promotions, or discounts.
