TOYOTA GR COROLLA PREPREG CARBON FIBER HOOD
Hood
Engineered by algorithm. Validated in CFD.
The GR Corolla is a rally car for the road: all-wheel drive, a turbo three-cylinder, and a chassis built to be driven hard. Its aero tells a different story. At 112 mph (180 km/h), the stock car makes nearly 470 N (106 lbs) of lift, meaning air pushing the car up, off the road. Most of it is at the rear, which is the last thing you want when you’re committed to a fast corner.
THE KIT
Every part in the kit was refined with the same computer optimization methods used in Formula 1, then tested together in a full-car airflow simulation (CFD). The result: nearly 470 N of lift becomes over 460 N (103 lbs) of downforce, a swing of more than 900 N (about 200 lbs) pressing the car into the road instead of lifting it. Front downforce more than triples, so the car turns in with real bite, and rear lift drops by 60 percent, so the back stays planted in fast corners where the stock car goes light. Figures are for the complete kit, not this part on its own.
DESIGN
The Prepreg Carbon Fiber Hood replaces the factory GR Corolla hood and is much lighter than stock. Its vents open straight through to the engine bay, and one sits directly over the air intake, so the intake sound reaches the cabin much louder than it does with the factory hood. Because the intake is visible through the vent, an aftermarket intake becomes part of the look of the car.
CONSTRUCTION
Under the hood, a Kevlar layer adds strength and resists the heat coming off the engine. The carbon fiber itself is prepreg: resin is worked into the weave at a controlled ratio, then cured under heat and pressure, the same process used in motorsport and aerospace. Less excess resin means less weight, and the weave and finish stay consistent from one hood to the next.
FITMENT AND INSTALLATION
To install, transfer your factory hood latch, hood latch clips, and windshield washer lines to the carbon fiber hood. All hardware is included.

Front Lip

Figures are for the complete kit, not this part on its own.
DESIGN
The Carbon Fiber Front Lip is three pieces that extend the lower edge of the factory bumper for a lower, more aggressive front end: a large center section flanked by two outboard corner pieces that follow the bumper’s lower edge.
FITMENT AND INSTALLATION
Fits 2025+ GR Corollas only; the lip is shaped for the facelift bumper. It mounts to the factory clips already on your car and is secured with 3M VHB tape and self-tapping screws. All hardware is included, and installation takes about an hour or less.

DESIGN
The Carbon Fiber Side Skirts extend the lower edge of the body between the wheels, one skirt for each side, with a stepped profile along their length.
FITMENT AND INSTALLATION
Each skirt is secured with 3M VHB tape and self-tapping screws. All hardware is included, and installation takes about an hour or less.

DESIGN
The rear diffuser is three pieces that fit over the factory diffuser instead of replacing it: a center piece flanked by two side fins.
FITMENT AND INSTALLATION
The center piece attaches with factory clips and is secured with 3M VHB tape. For the first 24 hours, avoid washing the car and park it in the shade or a garage when you can. The side fins attach with factory clips and can also be secured with 3M VHB tape. All hardware is included, and installation takes about an hour or less. The diffuser also fits cars with aftermarket exhausts. Exhaust covers are not included.

FITMENT AND INSTALLATION
The spoiler attaches at the factory attachment points, plus two new holes drilled into the factory spoiler. A drilling template and all hardware are included.
