Since 1999, the 911 GT3 has run one formula: naturally aspirated engine, motorsport-derived chassis, no shortcuts. The 992.2 is the latest and sharpest expression of that formula and one of the last cars built that way. That starting point deserves respect, not a redesign.

ADRO's aero program for the 992.2 GT3 was built to honor that. The goal wasn't to reinvent the car. It was to make it faster where it counts: more downforce, at minimal drag cost, without disturbing the front-to-rear balance Porsche already tuned in. Every component in this kit earns its place by contributing to that single objective.

Rear Apron Panel + Rear Diffuser

The rear diffuser runs the full length of the car's underside, with vertical fins that stabilize airflow as it exits behind the vehicle. As underbody air transitions from the low pressure beneath the car back to atmospheric pressure, that expansion zone is where flow separation typically happens — the fins manage that transition by spinning up vortices instead of letting it turn turbulent, protecting the downforce the rest of the underbody worked to create.

What's different about V2?

V2 is one complete carbon fiber piece. The fins are shorter than V1's and formed into the diffuser body rather than mounted as separate pieces, so they aren't replaceable the way V1's are.

The shorter fins are the point. Touring Package cars trade the fixed wing for a retractable spoiler because their owners want the GT3 hardware without the visual announcement, and V2 is shaped to sit inside that intent: the same full-length diffuser, in a profile that stays quieter from the side.

V1 remains available for owners who want the taller fins or the option to replace a damaged one.
